My name is Arlene Dannette Matteson-Walters, I am Certified by the County of Los Angeles/Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, to Authorize Confidential Marriages; an ordained non-denominational Minister, by the Universal Life Church of California, established in 1959; and perform marriages in the County of Los Angeles.

I issue and file Confidential Marriage Licenses. If you don’t want the inconvenience of obtaining your marriage license from City Hall, I will obtain and file the license for you in the County of Los Angeles. This type of license is used for those who want anonymity. I offer complete privacy and total confidentiality to every couple.
